This complete food stands out from normal durum-wheat pastas thanks to its refined flavour and fragrant taste. The line includes three shapes: caserecce, penne and tagliatelle. From spring to autumn, the fields at Azienda BioEssenza are fragrant and colourful thanks to the many officinal herbs they grow all year round. The company’s passion for experimenting and growing has led to dedicated cultivation of lavender since 2016, which is used for both food and phytotherapy.
